Report and Support is not intended for emergencies.  If you are in immediate danger or seriously injured, call 999 or the following numbers depending on your location and situation:
                    On Campus, Campus Safety:  Call 0121 359 2922 or via the Safezone app.
                    Off Campus, Emergency Services: 999 (or 112 from a mobile).  If you can’t speak:
                                 -  Listen to the questions from the 999 operator
                                 -  Respond by coughing or tapping the handset if you can, or by any other means to make yourself heard
                                 -  When asked, press 55 
Can students and staff who are overseas use this platform to report incidents?

Yes, but please be mindful that we are limited in the services we can offer from our Birmingham base. If we cannot help you, we can assist you to liaise with services that are local to you. 

How is my data used?

Our Privacy Notice explains how we will use your personal data.

Monitoring and trend identification data will be anonymised and collated. Collated data will be subject to constant review and used to improve Aston University’s prevention and response to bullying and harassment, sexual violence, hate crime, discrimination, domestic violence, and assault.
