- Students, staff, and visitors can submit reports to the R+S platform Report + Support - Aston University, which are then triaged and responded to by an allocated responding staff member.

Action plan
We have recently become Gold Members with Culture Shift, the organisation that provides the R+S platform. R+S has the capacity to serve as the primary source of data for concerning incidents, coordinating responses, tracking progress on cases, and measuring outcomes. We are looking into how to best utilise this capacity by directing all reports into the R+S platform.
