Would you know how to respond to someone who disclosed that they were experiencing domestic violence?

For those experiencing domestic violence, the workplace or university can sometimes be one of the only places they feel safe and supported. In order to improve the outcomes for victim-survivors, it is important that we, as a community, are able to recognise, respond to, and refer them to specialised services.

AXA has developed Safe Spaces, a training programme designed to help create safe and supportive workplaces for employees impacted by domestic violence. The training takes only around 30 minutes to complete and could make a significant difference to the outcomes for a colleague or student who may be experiencing domestic violence.

You can access the training here.
